The original Ocean House built in 1886 was considered too far in disrepair to renovate. We
were commissioned for design before ground was broken on the new Ocean House. This is
a classic hotel destined to be one of America’s best. The Ocean House is smack dab on the ocean.
Location, Location, Location. We produced everything the hotel needs to operate, all prior
to opening: pre-construction photography and art direction, primary marketing pieces,
logos for restaurants, menus, spa nomenclature and branding, maps for guests
and guest arrival packages.
