Lucky Day Vermont Maple Syrup

Craig and Debra's Lucky Day Maple Syrup is our own label. We tap our own trees here on the property, haul and boil the sap, cut and split the wood to fire the "arch" (wood burning evaporator), boil the sap at about a 40 to 1 ratio (reduce 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup) filter the finished syrup, then bottle and apply labels. Of course the label design and choice of bottle sizes and shapes is our own. The image on the label is a vintage photo from my grandfather Howie's album.
